Reciprocating compressor 
Reciprocating compressor is mechanical  device which the convert mechanical energy into pressure energy by using the reciprocating action of cylinder and piston and create the pressure and transfer air from one place to another. 


Rotary compressor 
Rotary compressor  is a mechanical machine,which the convert mechanical energy into the pressure energy  using the rotary motion.
